I purchased membership extention. In my plans I have restricted Number of Messages by Vendors. However, when I tested, that restriction is not applied.

can i please get the download and key for the memberships extension I purchased? or even acknowledgement of the emails and support requests? I had planned to finish this site I am building but im stuck waiting for the product i paid for which should be delivered immediately through simple automation.

- I had purchased Membership plug in. To test the functionality, in the Starter Plan (Free) there are no limits to messages or offers, however, in the Basic plan I had set the offer and message limit to 01. The offers to a request are getting limited but the messages have not been limited. I can send you remote log in and you can see it yourself. Request resolve the issue at the earliest.

With message limit set to 01, Vendor is able to do limitless messages to User ‘A’, however, when the vendor tries to message User ‘B’, the limit is invoked. That is to say that with message limit 01, the vendor can message 01 user only. It is not related to number of messages. Please confirm if this is how the message restriction is suppose to function.
