We were working on our site, we we not working on the header or footer, when we saved the whole page changed. The menu and footer background colours are missing on some devices and also the menu items. The page displays all the pages even though that option if off under appearance. Please help, we have restored previous versions and nothing has changed.

Please make sure you add these menu items correctly using this documentation: How to customize menus - HivePress Help Center. Also, please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin, make sure that caching is disabled for logged-in users.
We have added the menu items and have been using them for 2 months. It all just changed this morning. Our header colours changed, the menu items and the footer. We restored the previous version of the website but it’s still not working. I have checked the menu items and they are still the same as before. We have never been able to remove the header and footer background colour before and it is also missing.
If it was changes that we have made it should have been restored or changed back once we restored the back-up.
Kindly advise as we have checked every avenue but have been unable to find the issue.
