Message before accepting offer/blocking people from adding their number

Two questions: (1)How do i configure a person to respond to offers before booking? It seems very unlikely that a person would immediately book without more information (2) How deter people from adding their phone numbers? Should i just add “number” in the words to block?

Hi,

  1. Currently there’s no option to require a message, but users can click the vendor’s name or image and send a message via the vendor profile page anytime if they need any extra info before accepting an offer.
  2. If you mean offers (on the screenshot) they don’t have the blocklist of words, only messages have this at the moment, but offers have moderation (enabled by default) so you can check any offer before publishing it.
