Hi there,

I’m having issues with messages between vendors. I can see the messages two vendors send each other (I’m the admin) but if I send a message to a vendor, the vendor gets the notification but cannot see the message.

When one vendor / user sends a message to another vendor by clicking “Reply to listing”, they can go to Messages and see the message sent, however, when the user sends a message by clicking “Send Message” on the Vendor’s profile, they cannot see the message they’ve sent.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Many thanks in advance!

Please try disabling third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any), this may be a caching issue. If this issue with hidden messages can be reproduced, please send the details with temporary WP access to [support@hivepress.io](mailto:support@hivepress.io) and I’ll check it.
