New user adds listing but I can not see it in backend

Hi,
my customer registered as a user with his e-mail address. I got the information that they registered. Then they added a listing and I did not get an information about the listing, not is the listing visible anywhere in the backend.
We tried with a different e-mail from them but same problem. I can not see the user nor the listing.
I had this problem with another customer too but solved it with plugin WP Mail SMTP.
But now I have no clue what to do…
Do you have an idea or can you have a look?

Please provide more details regarding this issue.
E.g., have users reached the last step, where it says - Thank you, your listing has been submitted?

Also, Please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin, make sure that caching is disabled for logged-in users.

yes, she made the last step twice with both e-mail addresses.
In the meantime there were other listings and it works with everybody. But not with this customer. And I can not see the customer either. I got a mail that they registered but not the listing.

They tried also last year. I disabled everything but it still didn’t work. I don’t have any customizations and do not use a caching plugin.
