no email is send to subscribed users when new request is created, don’t get any email.

can you share some technics to show the log of all the sent email intents in wordpres to investigate the error?

Please make sure you set up emails correctly, you can check this doc How to set up emails - HivePress Help Center

Also, please make sure you haven’t overwritten this email in HivePress > Emails and left its description blank.

The email was setup correctly because I can get other kinds of system email of hivepress without problem.
About your second suggestion, why i can´t overwritten the email? is curios because is a feature you offer. change the default email.

I already test with default and overwritten email without succeed,
What would you suggest to me to solve the problem?
