Open a alert box when Call Now is clicked

I have an attribute on vendor blocks for calling the vendor.
The field type is text and I use this anchor tag html code in the display format

It works perfectly in the front end.

When Call Now is clicked it calls the number automatically on any device but I want an alert box to show with a custom warning message first when the call Now is clicked then automatically calling. How to do that?

Help asap, please
