Option to select the default sorting (also for specific categories/tags)

I would like to have an option in the backend where you can set a default sorting for that specific category/tag.

All listings from that category/tag are automatically sorted by this setting when a user initially opens it.

Thanks for your suggestion, we’ll consider adding this feature. It’s already possible for the default sorting criteria for all the search page, but I can’t say for sure about per-category and per-tag settings.
