Is it possible that on the seller’s list of ads they are related to used packages?
When the list is long and renewals are infrequent, the seller does not remember which ad was free and which was paid.
Same on the backend for the admin.
It’s not possible yet, but we’ll try to improve this by showing more listing details on the edit screen, e.g., expiration date. The featured status is already indicated there.
