When vendor has one more free ad in free package, and he want to use paid package he cannot do it.

How to fix it?
Yes, it works this way in the current version but we plan to change this. Currently if a user has the remaining limit the Select Package page is not displayed until the limit is exceeded.
I hope it can be implemented soon 
Is it possible to send an email to the user before the expiration date?
There’s no such feature at the moment, but there’s an email on listing expiration so users can renew it after they get this email.
