Parent category for listing

Hi,

As a categories I have name of countries. In one country I added regions as a subcategories. Is it possible to add listing to parent category or when I added subcategories then I can not assign the listing to the parent category of these subcategories?

Hi,

Please note that the listings already appear on the page when you view the parent category, so you do not need to add a listing to the entire parent hierarchy (i.e., to each category).

We recommend using the Geolocation extension with the regions feature How to set up regions - HivePress Help Center because categories are like a listing type. Also, it is better to use category-specific features that could potentially be useful to customers.
