Password resetting after each login

Hello

I am having the glitch again where the users passwords keep resetting.

This has happened before and you have gone in and fixed this.

Perhaps this time you can share how I can fix this.

What happens
User goes to login and is redirected back to sign in rather than being signed in

I reset the password.

First login attempt works

Subsequent logins fail, requiring a password reset again.

What should happen:

User should be signed in to their profile and password should continue to work

I have just gone live a couple of days ago, help!

Also, my support expired this month, how can I sign up for more?

Ty!

Hi,

We checked this issue from our side, and it seems okay. Please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin, make sure that caching is disabled for logged-in users. If this issue exists, please send temporary WP access to support@hivepress.io with details for reproducing this issue, and we’ll check it (please send only the link, without login and password). You can create a temporary access link using this plugin: Temporary Login Without Password – WordPress plugin | WordPress.org.

Hi Andrii,

I have found the issue, it is the Lightspeed Cache Plugin that is conflicting, it appears that when I had enabled CDN in my host dashboard this may have created some conflicts. Now that I have found this, some troubleshooting has gotten it all up and running again.

Thank you so much for your assistance
