Payment gateways not available for listing packages

I am having trouble with the downloadable ‘Packages’ plugin to accept payments on my site.

During testing, if I don’t log into an account, and click directly onto any of the packages (all linked to Virtual Products in WooCommerce) I am taken to a checkout page where I can purchase that product with either of the two enabled payment plans (PayPal and Partial.ly).

However, if I log in as a user, select the blue Add Listing button in the top right of the main page, and select any of the packages, I’m taken to a form which provides a summary of the package cost, but no methods of actually paying it. Instead I’m presented with the error message:

“Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements”

Please see attached image for your reference.

Has anyone else come across this, or would know why a user could make a payment when directly selecting a package, and not when logged in and selecting a package that way? It doesn’t make sense why it would work for one and not the other.

Please try disabling third-party plugins (in case if it’s a conflict with some plugin) and make sure that these payment gateways have no restrictions, if so then they should be displayed for any checkout.
