I was hoping to have an update on the below:

As I focus on the user feeling special, to be able to address them by name is important. Also my site will operate in a country where safety is of the utmost importance and to be able to see details of who the user is from the word go would be beneficial

Hi, Please try to use these tokens - %user.first_name% %user.last_name% Regarding the user link, please try this sample https://example.com/user/%user.username% (if the feature Display profiles on the front-end are enabled).

There’s no such feature yet, but if you mean the booking request token for the user requesting booking we can provide a temporary code snippet for this, let me know.

This would be great, as I mentioned we are looking for the confirmation of booking email to have some details about the user requesting to make a booking: Name, Surname
