I have installed Rentalhive and want to report a possible bug.
I have added two fields, mobile number and whatsapp number to listing. When a client adds a listing, the numbers are saved properly and the listing is submitted. But when the admin approves the listing using the edit option, then these numbers disappear and instead a blank number is saved.
However if the listing is published using quick edit in WP dashboard, then nothing changes and the number submitted by the customer remain intact.
Same happens to any rate changes done by the ‘admin’ while approving the listing, but that may be by design as the admin would not change the rates.
Also, the images don’t load the first time but a refresh leads to all images loading. What could be the issue and how to resolve this?
Please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin, make sure that caching is disabled for logged-in users.
The plugins that I have active other than the Hivepress plugins are;
One Click Demo Import, WooCommerce, WooCommerce for Paypal, WP Mail SMTP, WP Statistics and Code Snippets. There is no caching plugin. Are any of these plugins known to cause the problem that I had reported earlier?
It’s hard to tell which plugin is causing the issue. Please start by disabling all related plugins and check if the problem still occurs. If the issue is resolved after disabling them, activate the plugins one by one to identify which one causes the conflict. Also, ensure there are no customizations or code snippets that could be affecting the functionality.
