Plans page is completely blank for both logged-in and logged-out users. Setup: ListingHive theme, HivePress 1.7.22, HivePress Memberships 2.1.0, WooCommerce (latest), WordPress 6.9.1 on SiteGround. One free plan called ‘Member’ linked to a $0 WooCommerce Simple/Virtual product. Plans Page is set correctly in HivePress > Settings > Memberships. HPOS is disabled (using legacy order storage). I’ve tried: flushing permalinks, purging cache, deactivating/reactivating HivePress and Memberships, enabling WP_DEBUG (no errors). The page__text div is empty in the source.

Hi,
Could you please help me understand the issue better? Is the problem with the dedicated plans page, meaning you’ve created a plans page in WordPress Pages and it’s showing up blank? Or is the issue that users can’t buy or choose a plan? Or is the issue something completely different?
Please note that if you’re offering free plans, you don’t need to link them to WooCommerce products since there’s no payment required.
P.S. Please note that we have to move this topic to the Memberships forum category. Since it’s related to a premium extension, the forum category is restricted — please add the license key to the account settings or consider renewing support if you still need assistance related to the premium themes or extensions Renew Support | HivePress
The issue is the dedicated plans page. I created it in WordPress Pages, set it as the Plans Page in HivePress > Settings > Memberships, but it renders completely blank — no plan selector widget appears. This happens for logged-in users, logged-out users, and in incognito mode.
I have one free plan called ‘Member’ (published, public visibility). The WooCommerce product is now unlinked per your suggestion. I’ve also tried: flushing permalinks, purging SiteGround cache, deactivating/reactivating HivePress and HivePress Memberships, and enabling WP_DEBUG with no errors.
Setup: ListingHive theme, HivePress 1.7.22, HivePress Memberships 2.1.0, WooCommerce 10.5.2, WordPress 6.9.1, SiteGround hosting. HPOS is disabled (legacy order storage).
Happy to provide admin access if that helps you diagnose it.
Thanks for the details!
The issue is that you need to add the Membership Plans block to the page. By default, this page isn’t pre-filled with blocks like the Listings or Requests pages are. Once you add the block (using / or +) to the page, your available plans will appear.
Please let me know if you need further assistance.
