I know this is pretty basic but I’m new to this hivepress details.
I’ve had a user list their holiday accommodation as a premium listing. I can see if in the dashboard and getting status as pending
I’ve not had any credit to my bank.
How do I find out how to publish from pending and receive the payment in my bank account?

Please provide more details about this issue, by premium listing you mean a listing with the Featured status or a paid listing added with the Marketplace extension? Please provide as much detail as possible (e.g. steps to reproduce the issue) and we’ll be able to help.
