Profile picture in comments not shown

Hi everyone,

Id like to know why the Profile picture in comments is not shown (screenshot).
Is it a bad manipulation on my part ?

Hi,

Please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin, make sure that caching is disabled for logged-in users.

Also, please try adding and saving this image again.

Thanks for these recommendations.

I tried :

• Disabling Third Party Plugins including Cache Plugin
• Disabling Logged-in users’s Cache
• Removing all my CSS and PHP codes
• Remove and re upload image

Nothing works

Any other idea please ?

Hi,

Please check the settings in WordPress Dashboard >Settings > Discussion; perhaps profile pictures are disabled there.
Also, please make sure that the user (not the vendor profile) has a picture displayed because these are 2 different options that are synchronized with each other only when the user updates this picture.

Hi Andrii,

In fact, this is the profile of the user who does not have a photo.

It’s solved, when user change the picture it change normally, and remove the older one.
