Radio boxes when listing item some times do not show

Hi all, on behalf of my friend to whom I am trying to set up listing page. Some people/users including me reported when listing an item under /submit-listing/details/

and there is option to tick a radio box for example condition of the item:
o New
oUsed

the radioboxes ‘o’ do not appear and page needs to be refreshed.
Has anyone else reported this issue and is there a solution or possible custom CSS code that can be added to make sure this boxes apper?

Hi,

Please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin, make sure that caching is disabled for logged-in users.
