Is there a way to rank users based on how active they are? Liquidity is important and it appears some vendors are listed first when they dont use the site.

There’s no such feature at the moment, but it may be possible with customizations (e.g. by updating the vendor profile date if a message is sent or a listing is updated). We’ll also consider adding the built-in online status to log the last activity.
