Hi, if a booking is declined you enter a reason and this reason is sent vie email to the costumer, that works good BUT if a vendor goes to the cancelled booking he cannot see the reason, the reason doesnt appear in the booking details, how can I add it?
well… Im sorry to say but if you add a new “feature” to put a reason and this reason will dissapear is not much of a feature, vendors need to keep track of the reason, in most of the cases you will keep contact with the client and if you have to remember every reason for every client…
As I told you in the last post, we will consider adding a reason for displaying in the booking info. If you need this feature urgently, I recommend considering someone for custom work, such as on Fiverr.
