Reflect the information entered in 'Request payouts' in the 'Admin's payouts'

Having written like this , My payout request form has added textbox by 10.

But WordPress admin’s requests can’t get the add request.

How can i get add request?

Unfortunately, there is no simple code snippet for this; it will require a custom implementation. You would need to use a hook on the meta box and on the payout model.

I don’t know that I can customize meta box and payout model but I’m going to try this one.

I’ve already had license key and I will setting it.
