Registration email in junk

Hi,

Does anyone know how I can stop registration emails ending up in junk/spam?

I’ve spf and dmarc etc and it’s reporting no issues at mail-tester except for formatting.

any clues??

Ie for anyone who signs up, in their inbox so they complete registration with no nonsense

I had this issue in the past. I got around it by using SMTP pointed at my Microsoft Exchange Server, which has proper setup of DKIM, SPF & DMARC. If you have an email address available in gmail or hotmail or other trusted platforms - you can do the same. I use Post SMTP plugin to connect SMTP using port 587 (my email host blocks port 25).
