We have changed our search bar to contain only location, dates and category. On the home page it is correct, on the service/category page it shows up with an extra search option but just has a line in it with no other options?
Where and how can I change this part or search option?

Please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin, make sure that caching is disabled for logged-in users. If the issue exists, please provide more details about which field you are referring to.
