please see the attached screenshot of email content. Not all token available in the email template are working.



Please note that you need to use all available tokens displayed in the Details section. If, for example, the %user% token is not listed there, it will not work in this email event.


Sharing to you the screenshot of email template, and all tokens that I used are available for “Booking confirmed” email template.
