Require file attachment for specific attribute

My attributes are like this:

  1. Instant download
  2. Download via link given

hence, how to make it compulsory to upload file attachment for the 1st option, and optional file attachment for 2nd option?

You can mark Make this field required in Listings > Attributes, then this attribute will be mandatory.
