Can I turn off the Send Message button on the vendor page or listing page?
I want to prevent users who have not purchased a product from being able to send a message to a vendor.
Yes, it’s possible if you use Marketplace, please restrict messages in HivePress/Settings/Orders section. Then only buyers will be able to contact vendors.
