Hi, i have RentalHive. Users are complaining that the have to login for a number of times. It seems that the session is very short. How can i change this, are there options in the settings? Normally i never have this problem in WordPress. Thanx.
This is strange - HivePress sets no limit for a session so it’s set to the max value (if I remember correctly, 30 days). This issue may be caused by caching plugins, if it’s possible to reproduce this issue please try disabling caching/optimization plugins and check if this issue persists.
