Hi, I am updating categories on taskhive and it’s taking about 10 - 15 minutes for any updates that I make to appear on the front end of my site.
I have cleared cache and my internet connection appear to be running fine. What could be the cause of this?

If there’s a delay between the back-end and front-end changes it’s 99% a caching issue, please try disabling third-party plugins and make sure that your hosting provider doesn’t enable some server-side caching solutions that may cause this issue.
