Please note that if you have enabled Social Links in the settings, you need to edit the listing itself and add a link to Facebook, for example, then the icon will be displayed. Also, please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin, make sure that caching is disabled for logged-in users.
