Space between the address and toolbar

I’ve created a custom template for a listing, but when I open the page on a mobile phone the space between address and the tool bar is very big. On a desktop, it look ok, though (see the screenshots). What I need is a spacer element which will keep the hight the same whether it is on mobile or desktop. Alternatively, a custom snippet. I would appreciate your help.
