The function of adding (logging in) a service by an expert disappeared

The “list a service” option in the top footer of the page has disappeared. After entering the services section on the website, the services that are added automatically during installation are not displayed, but in WordPress, these services are listed in the services section. How to enable the ability to add services by experts?

Please navigate to HivePress > Settings > Listings and enable Allow submitting new listings feature.
