The user's request for refund is not sent to the admin

I’m testing my site and came across the refund request. When a user purchases a product he can request a refund, but when he confirms the form the request on WordPress is not sent anywhere.
Where should i see the refound request in wordpress?

Please note that we do not have such an address, but only a Dispute form, and after filling it out, an email is sent to the administrator.

hen we submit the form it says that our request is send to the admin but none email has arrived. I don’t know if I have to set somethings. What shall i do?
