Hi,

No, it’s not possible with Loco Translate to create a multilingual website. It only allows you to manually change the static texts. Moreover, creating a multilingual website is not possible yet, especially if your site has user-generated content like reviews, listings, messages - these would be mixed up (e.g. per-review translation would be required depending on which language was used for a review, some auto-detection would be required for this). I highly recommend choosing a primary language for a website and using Google Translate plugin for secondary languages.
