On my WooCommerce “My Account → Orders” page, the sidebar menu is not showing the default WooCommerce menu items. Instead, it’s showing HivePress dashboard menu items, and the styling also matches HivePress, not WooCommerce.
But this is only happening on the /my-account/orders/ page.
Other WooCommerce account pages (like /my-account/edit-account/ or my-account/edit-address/) still show the correct WooCommerce-style menu.
WooCommerce and HivePress use separate account pages:
WooCommerce: /my-account/
HivePress: /account/
The content of the Orders page is still WooCommerce (it’s showing WooCommerce order history).
The issue seems like HivePress is somehow hijacking the sidebar only for the Orders page.
I tried changing WooCommerce endpoints from orders to store-orders, still the page sidebar is from Hivepress.
Thanks for the request. Please clarify whether you are using the ListingHive theme and WooCommerce plugin, or, for example, our premium products and the WooCommerce plugin. Also, please clarify for what purpose you need to display WooCommerce pages instead of HivePress, and we will try to provide a solution or workaround.
I am using the Blocksy template for the website and WooCommerce, and I am trying to integrate the HivePress directory into the website.
Regarding the purpose of displaying the WooCommerce order page
I am not using any paid activities on the HivePress directory (including the paid listing plugin or marketplace), so I don’t understand why HivePress modifies the WooCommerce orders page when there is nothing HivePress needs to deal with the ordering or sales.
The issue I am facing is, due to Hivepress, my WooCommerce orders page layout is broken, including the sidebar menu items.
Please note that we have not tested Blocksy, so we cannot provide more details. Also, we cannot guarantee 100% compatibility with third-party services, so some of them may require custom integration.
As for HivePress and WooCommerce, they are integrated with each other. If you use, for example, the Marketplace, Memberships, Paid Listings, or other extensions, when you create an order on HivePress, it will be created in WooCommerce as well.
Thank you. So far, the directory and other pages are working fine with the Blocksy theme.
As I am not using the Marketplace, Memberships, Paid Listings, or other extensions, can I unlink Hivepress to prevent it from modifying the WooCommerce pages?
