When a Vendor logs in to one of their listings, and they select the Edit tab to change they price of their listing, they can delete and add photos, but changing the price doesn’t change the price, changing the description doesn’t change the description, changing the attribute fields do not change after saving the listing.
Do they have to delete the listing and resubmit it because the feature shows that it can be edited, on the Details, Statistics, Edit page of the listing, but this feature doesn’t work on a PC or a Mac using Chrome or Safari? It’s not saving it for the end user. It can only be changed on the back-end by an Admin.
Thank you. I was able to isolate that it’s a specific “listing” that isn’t allowing for the change. The listing is being deleted and rebuilt. It is working for the other listings - very strange that this one listing wasn’t allowing an edit. Thanks again for posting.
Super strange, deleted the listing, re-listed it and for some reason this particular listing with the details cannot be edited? Even after deleting it and listing it again. No idea what would cause this to happen since the Vendor account can edit it’s other listing.
Please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin, make sure that caching is disabled for logged-in users.
