Please provide more details on this issue. What exactly is displayed after clicking the delete button? Does the modal window open after clicking it? If so, is the delete button in the modal window not clickable after that? Also, please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin, ensure that caching is disabled for logged-in users.
