Hello, for some strange reason, the vendor (Which is admin) is showing 1x 5 star review badge, but the vendor itself has no reviews, and no listings nowhere posted because the listing with the original review was deleted. How can this no-longer existing review be removed or managed? There are no listings to it created, and everything is removed, so maybe there was some error when deleting listing and it got stuck there?
Or is it how it should work? That the review stays even after deletion of listing? If so, where can it be removed?
I looked in the comments/reviews section on WP dashboard, and there might be possible problem with how it shows under “mine” (1), but there is nothing shown - Attaching image.
It’s probably a cache issue. After deleting the review, the cache didn’t update. As an admin, please try this: add a review on the front end, approve it in WordPress Comments, then click Disapprove, and finally clear the trash.
The vendor doesn’t have listings, so no new reviews can be published. Also, I’ve cleared cache, and its still there. It doesn’t seem to be caching issue. Is there any way to access all reviews - even those hidden somehow, somewhere or somehow? It seems to be bugged. Any other ideas?
Please try adding a new listing just to leave a review on it, then approve and disapprove the review, and afterwards, you can delete the listing. This issue is caused by caching, and the described steps are a workaround. Once the cache is refreshed, the problem should no longer appear.
