Although we have marked the box to notify the vendors about new requests, they are not getting the email notification. How can we proceed?
Please make sure that outgoing emails are set up How to set up emails - HivePress Help Center and also check the Spam folder. Also, it may take for up to 1 hour for the emails to be sent, there’s a recurring task that checks new requests every 1 hour, but it may be also 1 minute (e.g. if the request was posted 1 minute before the task is scheduled to run).
