Is it possible to have vendors pay a fixed monthly subscription fee before taking their first user booking?
If you mean a fee just to use the website unfortunately there’s no such option at the moment, but there’s a workaround - if you use Paid Listings to sell listing packages with a 30-day expiration period, listings added by vendors will expire within 30 days so they’ll have to use the package limit (or purchase another package if it’s exceeded) to renew them and keep the listings visible.
