I’m experiencing an issue with my website’s pages, excluding the landing page. As shown in the attached screenshots, the mobile view pages appear zoomed in or oversized, making some words unreadable and buttons too large. In the desktop view, the pages are also big, but at least readable.
I hired a website designer from Upwork to create the landing page, and the issue started appearing after he completed the work. Unfortunately, he hasn’t responded to my messages.
I’ve tried removing the theme and the HivePress plugin, but the issue persists. I don’t want to remove the landing page design since it took two weeks and cost me money.
Any ideas on how to fix this issue would be greatly appreciated.
Yes, there’s clearly something broken via third-party CSS customizations, or if you use a third-party theme its CSS styles may conflict with the HivePress styles (I recommend using one of our official themes, even the free starter one, over third-party themes).
If possible send a link to your site (you can also send it privately via email support@hivepress.io), I can check if there’s a simple fix regarding the website width, but unfortunately we can’t help further if the issues are caused by third-party customizations.
Unfortunately, I could not access your site because the following error is displayed: DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN
Please check your hosting provider’s settings or contact their support.
We have disabled third-party plugins and now everything is displayed correctly, you can check your site in more detail. Also, you are using Elementor, we currently don’t 100% support Elementor - while you can add HivePress blocks via Elementor, advanced features are not available yet. I highly recommend using the core WordPress block editor to keep the website fast and lightweight.
