Does anyone know why none appear on the emails page? It only appears when adding a new one. How can I see the existing ones to see if they’re compatible with my project?

Currently, the text isn’t pre-filled when creating a custom email template. The only way to see the default content is by triggering the email event [for example, if you’re overwriting the “New Message” email, you can view the default one by simply sending a message through the site].
However, all available tokens that you can use in your email are displayed in the Details box when you’re editing the email template. Also, if your site isn’t in English, you’ll likely need to rewrite the email content anyway to match your language.
We’re planning to improve the UX by pre-filling default text in custom email templates in future updates.

No, you can’t manually create events, they’re automated triggers built into the code that fire when specific actions happen, like when a user registers or sends a message.
When you’re editing an email template, the name tells you when it gets sent. For example, “Booking Canceled (User)” means the user receives this email when their booking is canceled. You’ll also see all available tokens you can use to personalize the email when you save it.
If you want to test a specific email, just let me know which one, and I’ll walk you through how to trigger it.
If you need to reset your password, you can do that from the Sign In form by clicking the “Forgot Password” link. You’ll be asked to enter your email address, and a password reset link will be sent to you.
