What time zone do the automatic flows use in HivePress?

Random, but what time zone do the automatic flows use in hivepress?

EX: the automation that completes bookings and orders – does it auto complete at 12:00 AM CST? EST? What about the 12 hour autocomplete for the order after the booking? Is that at 12:00 PM EST? MTN? CST?
