Hi, when I add an image on my “add listing” page the site loads back to the previous page and does not let me finish submitting the listing. I don’t know why this happens, do you have any idea?

Please try refreshing permalinks in Settings/Permalinks (select any non-default structure there), this should resolve the redirect issue.
how do I refresh the permalinks page? should I just click on Save changes?
Yes, please try selecting any non-default structure (choose a structure with %postname% if the default one is selected) and click on the Save Changes button.
