Where to get customization like this?

Hello, ive been trying to find someone to customize the vendor, listings, and requests to look different. I cant quite find the right person. Was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction to someone experienced in this field. Here is a look at what I have and want:

What I want as my listing:

But I would want the listing image there as well along with the name

My vendors:

What I want my vendors page like:

I also wanted a new look for the main vendors page

But portfolio is replaced with the listings
