Wrong token information

Hi,

I have put in the booking email the token
“%user.first_name%” and %user_name" and instead of giving me the name of the person who is making the booking, it gives me the name “Administrator” Why does this happen?

It also happens with the token %user.email% that instead of giving me the email of the user who is making the booking, it gives me the email of the administrator.

I think this topic is the same like this User Profile requesting booking in email - #7 by mark2, could be?

Please let me know which email notification this is (e.g. Booking Confirmed or another one), and if there are any steps to reproduce this (is the booking made via front-end or added via back-end)?
