In the user’s account dashboard there are columns for “shipping address” and “download” and Last name and First name in “Account details”. This is not needed for the site for reservations and I would like to delete it, is this possible?

This is the WooCommerce account page. If you have not added this link to your site, then customers will not be able to see this page. In HivePress account, you only see Ordering from WooCommerce. Others sub-pages are disabled.
Hello. Thanks to your help, I have solved the problem. It seemed to go to this screen when the customer set the password from the URL received after “Send password reset” from the administrator’s screen. Thank you.
