Account successful created message does not appear (registration form)

Hello,

When a user fills in the registration form on my website and submits the form there is no:’ account successful created message’. Instead the user is directly logged in without any notification or message.

This bug appears in all registration forms on the website. The bug can be easily recreated by logging in on my homepage: https://nationaletheegids.nl/. Also i made a screen recording that i can share.

Any ideas?

Please provide more details regarding this issue (e.g., your actions step by step with screenshots, screencast, etc.). This will help us to reproduce and resolve the issue faster. Also, please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin, make sure that caching is disabled for logged-in users.

Please note that this is the expected behavior, as this is how the UI\UX is designed. If you don’t have the email confirmation feature enabled, you will simply be refreshed to the page after you log in. As a workaround, you can simply enable the email confirmation feature, and a “check your email” message will be displayed there, and it can be customized in Loco Translate.
