Add a message button to the offers

Hi Guys,

since offers are individual, there is often reason to ask something, which why it’d make sense to place a message symbol/button right next to the “View Vendor” symbol.

Thanks for your feedback, this would definitely improve the UX - we have this feature on the roadmap for the Requests extension.
