Hi is there a snippet to add a second checkbox under the ‘Terms and Conditions’ with a custom text which is required?
Please check the solution in this topic Add a second "Terms and Conditions" checkbox on booking form
Thanks for your reply,
You wrote there that it is possible with a code snippet, but you did not provide it, can you please provide it here?
Yes, this is possible with a PHP snippet, but it requires detailed customization.
Thanks for your reply.
First and foremost, I would like to express my gratitude for the support that you and your team have provided in the past. I have always received top-notch assistance, including some custom code snippets, for most of my requests. Your team has been five-star in their support and I really appreciate it.
However, since the introduction of your new customization service, I have noticed a significant difference in the level of support provided to the customers. The small customizations and code snippets that you used to provide are no longer available, which is a huge disappointment.
I would like to express my feedback on this new policy and how it has impacted my experience with your company. I hope that you will take this into consideration and find a way to continue offering the same level of support to your customers, as it sets you apart from your competitors.
Thank you once again for all the support.
Thanks for your feedback, and I’m sorry if you had a bad experience recently. This is not related to customization services, we have a new developer for this, but we have to restrict the support a bit and stop developing custom code snippets on request (this wasn’t in our support policy initially, but we developed and shared simple snippets anyway) because we have limited time resources for the HivePress development. We already collected 100+ code snippets on Gist and there are many more on this forum, so it’s possible to resolve most of the issues, and I hope this helps.
